[Important] About the 2021 General Conference

The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers decided to hold the 2021 General Conference online due to the spread of new coronavirus infection. The date will not be changed and will be scheduled on March 9th (Tuesday) to 12th (Friday), 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience, since we are currently considering about the specific details. We will announce the details as soon as they are finalized.

Every spring, the five Societies, together with the Human communications Group, jointly hold a General Conference to provide a forum where members can present their study results and exchange views. Besides the presentation of papers, there are special events, conferment ceremonies of Young Investigators Awards, and a social party. The Communications Society holds English-language sessions as well.

Advance Registration for Speakers

• The Deadline date and time for Paper Submission are: 5 p.m., 6 January, 2021 (Japan local time)
• The presentations are available for both members and non-members.
• Please note that the presentation fee has been changed.
